Details can be the catalog information about an item, or it can be the full available information about a request you have sent to the library.

• Buy This Item Now opens a new window that displays an online bookseller, where you can set up an account and purchase the item.
• Place Hold tells the library to save the book for you and notify you when you can pick up the item.
• If available, Book Item reserves the item that is not available for checkout.
• Keep adds the item to your personalized bibliography created during the current session. You can then print or e-mail the item's information. Don't forget to click Kept when you are finished adding items to your bibliography.
• Bookmark This Page opens a new window for you to create a bookmark for the page, so you can return to the page at a later time.
• Permalink opens a new window for you to copy the permanent link (permalink) that is created for the page. The link can be pasted into an e-mail message, Web log (blog) entry, or a Web page.
• More By This Author retrieves a list of titles by all authors in the selected record.
• More Like This retrieves a list of titles with subjects similar to those of the selected record.
• Nearby Items on Shelf retrieves a list of titles that you might see on the same shelf if you were standing in front of the bookshelf.
• Use eBook checks out electronic texts, if available.
• If available, Search for Items In searches places other than your library's catalog. You can perform a search in selected Other Libraries, and in cataloged Web Resources, in an Internet search engine. If available, you can also Find More Information or go to Other Links using SirsiDynix's OpenURL Resolver.
• Try These Too retrieves a list of titles that are cross-referenced to the titles found in your search.
• You Found Titles in Categories retrieves a list of titles with Library of Congress classifications similar to that of the selected record(s). Try These Too and You Found Titles in Categories can also display in the hit list of catalog records.

More Features

The Item Information tab displays a summary of item information and library's holdings. Holdings show which libraries have a copy of the item. The first library that displays is the current library. If an item has holds placed on it, the estimated time you will have to wait before the item is available for checkout appears. The total number of copies available in the specified library location is also displayed. Some item titles may have more than one copy or be associated with volumes. Any special information about a particular copy of an item may display in a note underneath the copy listing. If the library subscribes to Syndetic Solutions enriched content, More Content can be used to see additional content that may be available, such as reviews, awards, and author notes.

If available, the A Look Inside tab displays book reviews, author interviews, cover jackets, tables of contents, book summaries, author biographies, first chapters and excerpts, electronic texts, and database information. If the library subscribes to Syndetic Solutions enriched content, More Content can be used to see additional content that may be available, such as reviews, awards, and author notes.

The Catalog Record tab displays detailed information about the item.
